Molly Saves the day

In this book Molly is at camp Go-On-Again and it is up to her to save the day. Not only is she smart but she is patriotic and stands up for her friends but is not afraid to win. I recommend this lovely story about Molly's summer. I love this story I would really read it.

 Originally Lois Armstrong grew up as a poor boy on the streets of New Orleans. He worked hard to support his family by singing for pennies. His travels introduced him to new music that was a great inspiration for his older age. He had openly demonstrated his talents on the streets which helped his career. His first music instruction was luckily in a home for boys. Eventually he began to preform in films and on the radio. He worked in funky jazz bands, and continued to record albums for many years. He preformed until his health made it so that he had to sing instead of playing the trumpet. In his last year he went to London and was in many television shows. He preformed until a few days until his death.

This story is wonderful and interesting.Josefina is loyal and generous.I would definitely read and purchase this book.

Molly learns a lesson by Valerie Trip

Molly is a nine year old girl in World War One who hates multiplication.After her first idea doesn't work she uses her brain and wins the competition for the war at school. Molly is so fun and proud that it makes me laugh while I read it.This school story is full of enjoyment. I would definately read this book.

Samantha Saves The Day

Samantha has a Summer vacation in Piney point were her and her cousins are staying. When an expedition to Teardrop Island is spoiled its up to her to save the day.While escaping from the island they rescue a kind old man that eventually proposes to her grandmother.I think Samantha has a perky attitude big heart. I really recommend this wonderful story.

Josefina Learns A Lesson

When her family loses there sheep in a flood it's up to Josefina and her sisters to weave blankets for trade.It takes patience to work that hard as she still has school and chores to do but she keeps working hard and makes enough blankets for trading.I like this book because it is about a little girl with allot of smarts.

The Sister Switch

Andie and Catlin Kline are identical twins who each have their own talents. They switch places to save each other from a year of boredom and eventually it gets out off hand. But in the end everything turns out for the better. These girls are fun and really care about each other and try hard to fix it. The reason I like them is because they are talented. I really recommend this book.

Kit's Tree House

Kit is a ordinary girl in the Great Depression. She wants to build a castle in the sky. But her father makes a little room in the sky instead. Luckily Kit uses her imagination yo make it fun. The reason I love this book is because it not only tells a great story, but it teaches you about history too.

Sophie and the Scoundrels by Nancy Rue

Sophie is a young girl in elementary school. She has a huge imagination and a heart full of God. Her life is Topsy turvy and she needs to fix it. The bullies at her school always pick on her. Her friends are there for her through it all. And she survives with help from God. Each member of the Corn Flakes (her friendship club) all want to be Sophie's best friend but in the end they manage to get along.  This is a great group for girls aged 9 to 12.  I liked because of her overactive imagination.
